- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within the first 24 hours. If a cancellation is requested after the initial 24 hours and the item has not shipped we will refund the purchase price minus 20% for materials.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

- We need between 1-6 business days to process your order in the lab from the time of payment. Sometimes it can take longer if there's a large volume of sales or if the day is close to a holiday.
- Limited editions take around 2 weeks before they are ready to be shipped.
- Domestic: All products are shipped with FedEx Ground (2-5 business days) once the order has been processed. Please message us prior to paying if you would prefer a method quicker and we can calculate shipping costs.
- International Shipping: please contact me at email@example.com to get an estimated time.
- Transit times are provided by FedEx and may vary with package origin and destination. The times are just an estimation and we are not responsible for any delays.
REFUND & EXCHANGES
- Due to the individual nature of our products and the costs associated with returns or exchanges, we will generally not accept refunds or exchanges. If you feel that an exception to this policy should be made please contact us and we will evaluate your request on a case by case basis. Evaluation of each case must be brought to our attention and resolved prior to 30 days after the purchase has been made.
- In the unlikely case that the buyer puts a wrong or incomplete address or that the order was made incorrectly, the items must be returned to us (in sellable condition) in order to receive a refund. If the product is damaged in anyway we cannot assist with any potential refund. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and are not refundable. The orders initial shipping cost will be determined refundable on a case by case basis. If a replacement is needed we can resend the item prior to receiving the initial item back only if an additional payment is received.
- If we made an error with your order, there will be no charge for replacement shipping (excluding International, Next Day Services, and Priority Express Mail).
